The basketball rim's WATERPROOF AND UV-RESISTANT DESIGN ensures long-term durability. The powder-coated orange finish will not chip or fade, even with heavy outdoor use. Stainless steel bolts connect the rim to the backboard and backboard support, providing long-lasting strength and rust resistance. The BREAKAWAY RIM DESIGN virtually eliminates backboard breakage by absorbing the force when a player hangs on the rim.
The Vosonbell basketball rim features a DOUBLE SPRING BREAKAWAY mechanism. When a player applies 155 pounds or more of pressure, the rim will flex down and then snap back up when the pressure is released. The RETURN SPRINGS, encased inside the rim, compress and extend to restore the rim to its original level position. This HEAVY-DUTY DESIGN ensures the rim will not fail or deform, even with aggressive gameplay.
For added safety and adjustability, the Vosonbell Adjustable Competition Basketball Rim includes a STURDY & SAFE POSITIVE LOCK MECHANISM. The SHOCK-ABSORBING, RELEASE/RETURN MECHANISM is concealed within a full protective cover. The BREAKAWAY RIM is made of 5/8" diameter steel, providing superior strength and maximum player safety.
Complementing the durable rim is a HEAVY-DUTY ANTI-WHIP BASKETBALL NET. Crafted from the highest-quality and thickest polyester fibers, the net is designed to withstand the constant pulling and hanging that comes with regular gameplay. The NET'S ANTI-WHIP TECHNOLOGY helps prevent it from getting tangled with the rim whenever the ball goes through the hoop. Additionally, the net can withstand any type of weather conditions.
